New LED screens at the Riga bus station

New LED screens in Riga International Bus Terminal.

In the end of 2009, Amber LED Ltd has installed new, environmentally friendly LED electronic screen-timetable system in Riga International Bus Terminal , which replaces the outdated time table sistem. The new system allows passengers to receive up to date information on bus departure, arrival times and routes, as well as access to various changes in the transport, which before could be done only by loudspeakers.

The new time table system makes it possible to transmit information on the movement of vehicles, as well as display any other statements, this system is environmentally friendly because of the latest LED technology and low energy consumption.

Electronic time table systems are in used in all major European and other countries to display information in bus terminals and railway stations. With the new system installation Riga International Bus terminal is now able to prove itself as a serious partner in the international traffic.
